Day 1: Entrepreneurship & Small Business Training
On the first day of the She Is More Campaign, young women between the ages of 18–35 step into a transformative journey of entrepreneurship. Facilitated in partnership with Jobberman Nigeria, this session equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to start or scale their businesses.
Through engaging workshops and interactive sessions, participants explore business development, financial literacy, innovation, and leadership. Day 1 is designed to spark ambition, connect women to opportunities, and position them to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
Day 2: Vocational Skills Training
The second day is all about practical learning and application. Led by TentaGrow Integrated Farms as the training delivery partner and vocational training partner, participants immerse themselves in tailored vocational skills development.
This session provides hands-on training in practical skills designed to open new pathways for employment and entrepreneurship. With a focus on contextualized, real-world learning, Day 2 ensures that participants walk away not only inspired but also equipped with market-ready skills that can immediately generate income and improve livelihoods.
Youths For Youths Agro Empowerment Movement
The Youths For Youths Agro Empowerment Movement is our flagship program designed to empower young individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to become successful agripreneurs. Through this program, participants receive comprehensive training in various agricultural value chains, including poultry, fishery, piggery, snailry, rabbitry, and livestock feed processing. Our expert trainers and mentors provide hands-on guidance, equipping the participants with practical skills to excel in their chosen fields. After completing the program, participants are supported with start-up capital, tools, and ongoing mentorship to ensure their success. We further promote excellence by conducting regular field visits, organizing networking events, and facilitating access to partnerships and funding opportunities for scaling their enterprises.
Skilled to Scale
Skilled to Scale is an intensive program aimed at equipping young agro-entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to manage and expand their businesses sustainably. Participants undergo training in soft skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, leadership, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, they receive technical training in areas such as grant proposal writing, process design, project management, and resource management. Our program stands out through its focus on practical application, where participants engage in real-life case studies, simulation exercises, and receive personalised coaching. By nurturing their entrepreneurial capabilities, we empower them to overcome challenges and achieve long-term success in their ventures.
Beyond Survival
Recognizing the need to empower marginalised individuals, we have developed the Beyond Survival program to provide training and support to women, disabled individuals, and uneducated youths in low-income communities. This program focuses on enabling them to venture into small-scale farming and other agro-businesses, providing them with the means to support themselves and their dependents. Participants receive training in basic farming techniques, market access, financial literacy, and product processing. Through this program, we aim to uplift the lives of the vulnerable by fostering economic independence, improving food security, and creating sustainable livelihoods. To ensure excellence, we provide ongoing mentorship, facilitate access to microfinance opportunities, and establish strong linkages with markets and buyers.
